Hey @Phoenix_Rising That's great that you feel like you're finally being heard by your psychologist. Can I ask what you did to get to that point? I was just reading @Former-Member 's post who is having difficulty with their therapist and thought maybe you have some tips?
It's so lovely to see you @Jacques - thinking of you. Thank you for the apple crumble!
Sorry I'm not super active tonight team, I'm busy reviewing posts. You guys are Q.U.I.C.K!

@TheVorticon I have a lot of quick-to-make foods in the house because I often don't feel like making a proper meal. Tins of baked beans, tins of tuna, frozen corn that I can just heat up in the microwave in two minutes, things like that.
@CheerBear Giggle re. Baboo. I was half wondering if it was safe to be hanging out with a stranger in an underwater cave...but I figured that @NikNik would only ever let super safe people be moderators.
@Jacques Were there any bright spots at all in your week (or even any less dark spots)?

im so sorry I've been so erratic on the forum lately @CheerBear. One minute I'm leaving, the next staying away and the next trying to work out how to come back. I am more changeable than @Queenie with her hats lately 😳

@NikNik Um...well...I went completely raging berserk in our session on Monday morning, then called her in total crisis a few hours later such that we then had a phone session on Monday afternoon, then spent Tuesday riding gigantic waves, then finally got an appointment on Wednesday morning with my GP, went more berserk there such that she decided to call my psychologist...but my psychologist actually called my mobile while I was with the GP and thus she and I then had another session while I was curled up in my car outside my GPs office. And what does "berserk" look like? Mostly like a lot of crying, rocking, headbanging, screaming and stimming. So...I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess that my technique for getting heard is probably not one to be held up as a shining example for others.
And now, just for having asked such a deep question at FF, you have to say or do something particularly entertaining.
