Dinner was a bowl of tofu with soy sauce.
Snacks I have sunflower and pumpkin seeds, apple or carrots with cottage cheese.
Protein oats with soy milk and coconut yogurt.

Really @Shaz51 Cause Shazzy, most people give shite about how I eat.
”Date and chia seed pudding! The birds might eat that.” Is the usual type of comment.
I’m not skinny. I need a lot of protein, otherwise I lose a lot of muscle. Also it hurts when glucose is being stripped from my muscles.
But I have a terrible time with the texture and smell of meat.
And that’s my food story. 🤪
