Hi there, F 20s with LOTS of problems including BPD, ASD and ADHD. First time joining any online chat/forum. Never been on social media either, so I'm a complete newbie in this environment. Honestly I've always avoided online social platforms as I believe face to face communication is better, but I haven't had any friends for a long time now so I've taken the first step here today to change that. Very nervous but looking forward to chatting.
