Greetings Readers Warning Triggers
My mental health age 10, I was the rage monster being dragged out of class by one arm. 50 years later I'm medicated I suffer from very Complex Mental Health. I was diagnosed with Bipolar Polar and now I'm told that can turn in schizophrenia when you are older. I've over come a Social Anxiety Disorder. In 1984 I'd been sacked and was standing in the warm sun lit lounge room.
There was a blind flash I woke up on the floor. Six hours later I'm in the bath. I don't like Easter much, and the toxic mix in gut, gave me coeliacs and lactose intolerance.
But tonight I slow cooked casserole with fresh spinach steamed. I'm very balanced no ups or no downs just one constant me, focus solely on my own well-being. Self love is a very powerful driver of one's self. I'm transforming myself especially in mornings when I listen to 5 things you need to tell yourself in the morning. 20 minutes packed full of learnings.
This is my second attempt to engage. I'm looking for support and tools not theory. I use coal.me its a mental tool with CBT goals. It one checkin a day and I've been using it for about 12 years. The various binaural acoustics technology from Centerpointe, I've been using on and off over the last 20 years. Try is a magic word. I've been out of home a very long time. So today I cooked a much loved casserole.

Hi @PinkFloyd ,
Welcome 😊.
It sounds like you have come a LONG way in your journey and management of your condition since you were a young child. 😊
I am also lactose intolerant, but thankfully not *too* sensitive. I love dairy too much, so i just moderate how much i have (and pay the physical toll for it haha). But if i am sick or stressed then i avoid soft/liquid dairy because i react stronger to it (or because when i consume it i tend to have more of it?)
My MH conditions are quite different from yours, but I also have had them since a very young age.
