Heya @Aa1984 ,
I'm hearing you.
Life is certainly not all smooth sailing. I started with a really really rocky adulthood where I withdrew from the world.
It was these forums where I slowly regained the confidence to talk to others and 'socialise' so that I later found myself taking the social skills I learnt here, out into the real world.
I hope you find the support and connection here helpful.
Do you have professional supports you can reach out to?

I do,but it's expensive and ive spent a lot, ait has helped but it hasn't helped my isolation situation, I've been isolated for about 2 years now,it makes it hard to move forward.

Have you been part of SANE's free Guided Recovery of Recovery Club?
Feel free to have a look at both to see if any are suitable. @Aa1984
You deserve to feel supported.
I hear how lonely it can be.
In my area, we have a lot of free programs to engage people such as sport, craft, dance etc. Do you have any in your area?

Yes the end of a relationship is awful, I have just had the end of a forty years friendship and love with someone I literally trusted with my heart.
the betrayal was initially overwhelming. I’m trying to take the best of what I enjoyed with him and find new groups of people that I can do those things with.
its a new dawn though and I’m getting good at seeing the sun rise.
