Feeling anxious all the time

Hi 

I am feeling in fight or flight mode constantly.. can anyone help me 😕

Hi there thanks for sharing! I feel your pain. Anxiety can be so hard.

I have recently found yoga nidra audio (you can find it on YouTube) to be helpful.

You just lie there and listen and try to concentrate.
An excellent way to bring your awareness to your body and surrounds and get a little break from thinking.

Breathe and drink water. Exercise reguarly, and be positive. happy 🙂
