Welcome to the forums.
I've been on these forums for quite awhile now and could not put a name to anyone. They are completely anonymous.
It is up to you how much or how little you want to share.
Most people know I have a husband, kids and dog, but that's it. I do share things about my mental health journey, but again it is up to you how much/little you share.
