Hi, roughly once a week I go through a phase, in which I feel trauma, due to scary voices. Does any one know where I can go to not feel them?

Hi @j2mhall @Must be rough to face that kind of trauma week after week. If you’re comfortable sharing, what kind of voices are they, and what makes them feel so scary for you? Are they the same voices each time
The fact that you’ve been able to get through each episode before they return shows you may have more strength and control than you realise. Understanding the patterns and triggers can be powerful. Some people find it helpful to focus on something grounding , like music, deep breathing, or even reimagining the voices in a less frightening way to take away some of their power.
