I’ve just taken the dogs out to the toilet and shut the back door. I’m way to scared to leave it open or them out there since my snake incident. It’s also something that is causing huge distress. @Ru-bee
I feel like there is just too much to handle. It’s crushing me.
I’ve taken another and I’m going back to bed.

There is a lot isn't there @Captain24
You have been doing really well, but it's natural to have moments like this when it's just feeling overwhelming. Get some good rest, we'll be here for you when you're up to chatting 💜

I’ve just woken up and don’t want to be awake. The dogs woke me up because my parcel was delivered. I just want to curl into a hole and never come back

I'm hearing you @Captain24 Do you think it might be time to reach out for some extra support tonight? Maybe lifeline or SCBS?
yesterday
So much for reaching out. Told them what I was thinking of doing. How bad my thoughts really are an all I got was to pat my dogs. If only it was that easy.

What's happening for you tonight @Captain24 ? Has something happened to make it so hard for you?

Come with me lol. You can come in my suitcase 🙂 @Captain24
I bought a vibrating ball thing for Ruby. She's scared of it lol...

Wrong sort of away @tyme. But I’ll come in your suitcase.
That’s funny.
My dogs are climbing all over me and are annoying me. Jett keeps getting into my face.
