@Captain24 oh yeah? What sort of questions made you feel that way, if you feel comfy sharing?
Aye the whole 'stimulant/weight loss' concept is something I had to be very careful about myself. Because it would have been really easy to go too far in the other direction. What I did at first (I don't need to anymore cos I'm used to the meds) was to plan out my doses and set timers/alarms to remind me like 're-dose now, time for muesli bar and piece of fruit' to ensure I was still having enough energy across the day. Hopefully it's something your dietician will be familiar with!!
Sorry it took me a minnit to respond btw, I had to jump in last minute to help out with one of the groups!
Much on tonight? Your little pups being angels or devils this evening? Teehee

Just that I’m not worth anyone’s time @tyme
Sorry, you guys are busy. I don’t matter.
I’m just mentally tired. Physically I’m on edge. Tinkering on it.

I feel like she was looking at OCD and ASD. Her questions were all over the place. Nothing seemed to flow. @Jynx
It’s alright. I understand you are too busy. I don’t want to intrude. I’m not worth it.
I gave my dogs a treat and Pix is being a bitch. She keeps taking Jetts and it’s p!ssing me off. Sometimes she can just be horrible.

@Captain24 might be cos part of the diagnostic process is to rule out other possible diagnoses? How would you feel if ASD or OCD were on the table too? Or... it's okay if that's too much to think about right now!!
Nah never too busy! Just delayed 😋 And pretty please - ALWAYS INTRUDE! I love getting your tags 😊 And it's MY responsibility to manage my time, not yours!! So don't ever feel like you shouldn't reach out to me - and remember to ALWAYS assume that a lack of response from me is cos something else has grabbed me, and NEVER cos I'm sick of ya! Cos that's like, ludicrous, and downright impossible 😉💜
Aww noooo! Honestly, their little rivalries can be so distressing hey!! Just like 'oi! There's enough for both of you why you gotta fight like this!!' Finding my cats cuddling is soooo rare... hearing a scuffle tho? Like nightly 🤣

I don’t know if I want any more labels @Jynx but I do want to feel better.
Sorry. I feel like I’m to demanding.
Yeah.. they are upsetting me. It hurts me when they take each others stuff. They do play a lot though.
Maybe everything just hurts.

I think it's the curse of being deeply empathically attuned @Captain24 - we feel soooo much, even seeing our pets fight makes us feel for them! Meanwhile they're literally just like 'tra la la normal animal stuff' 😅
I am off hun!! I hope you have a chill evening, and I'll hopefully see you Saturday 😊💜

Hugs @Captain24 . I wish I could take the hurt away from you.
Do you have gas yet? Is that still something that is annoying?

I’m feeling pretty alone @tyme.
Yes the gas arrived while I was on the appointment with the Pdoc. Jett had to bark. It’s the most important appt that I’ve had and it’s the first time he has barked.

I remember you were seeing your new psych today @Captain24 . I'm reading above. Do you feel a little rattled?

06-03-2025 09:50 PM
Yeah it has rattled me @tyme. Lots of questions. Down to the order that I clean my house and the list. So many random questions.
Med changes at the next appointment. ADHD assessment finalised next time too. adhd meds cause mania in bipolar suffers.
No answer just that she agrees with the bipolar diagnosis. Plus possible adhd.
