I hear what you are saying @Captain24 . It sounds so hard.
Have you ever tried a personal blog? I don't know any online sights that do it, but even on your phone?
I know you said the mask is 'stuck'. Do you want it off?
Sorry for all these 'hard' questions... and the fact that I need to skidaddle now...
We can chat again next time?

I have been journaling @tyme but it’s not the same as getting support.
Im not sure I can take the mask off. I feel now that I have to hide myself away from everyone everywhere. I don’t feel like I have a safe place anymore.
You probs won’t get this anyway

I’ve just been in ED with back pain. @Jynx. I’m home now but I was almost in tears while I was there.
I need a friend right now.
How was your weekend?

Oh yikes @Captain24 back pain is the worst! SO debilitating hey! Aww I hope it passes soon! Does that mean you're stuck on the couch today?
My weekend was pretty good, did a lil spontaneous night out with my bestie - finally got to have a solid boogie which I've been craving! What did you get up to?

It’s so bad @Jynx. Every time I rolled over in bed I woke up. I hurt it Saturday but last night and today has been so bad. I can’t sit, can’t stand, can’t lay down, it’s just so painful. The hospital gave me steroids and heavy duty pain relief.
No work for me on Wednesday.
Im trying to find a comfy position on the lounge.
I had a GP appointment on Saturday and got a referral for a Pdoc. Now to get an appointment. They also do ADHD assessments.
Going out for a boogie sounds good. I usually find the spontaneous nights are the best.
Get up to any mischief?

@Captain24 oh darlin, that's so rough!! Did they say it was just a strain? Like you'll heal up fully with some bed rest? Back injuries are so scary!! I wish you the swiftest of recoveries!!
I hope couch time is minimally painful!! Aww wish we could all have like, those floaty sensory tanks!! Not necessarily just for the sensory deprivation but mainly for the floating weightlessly in warm water!! Would be so nice on my lumbar pain omg
Ooooh good luck!! Let us know how you go with it all. And if you want any help prepping for the ADHD assessment (when that arises) let me know!!
Yes! Spontaneity sooooo good - cos there's no disappointed expectations if you don't have any!!
Teehee there maaaaaay have been some smooches... yes.... 😋

They didn’t do any scans and are just saying it’s a sprain. @Jynx. I’m hoping it settles down soon. The pain just makes me want to cry. I have a chiropractor appointment tomorrow so I’m hoping he can do something and I’m on the wait list for physio but I have an appointment on Monday.
I thought about a bath but I don’t think I can get in and out. It’s a big bath. It’s like the ones you see in fancy bathrooms.
I have to check everyday for available appointments. But at this stage it won’t be before May. But when the whole process starts I’ll hit you up.
I knew it!!! 😜

@Captain24 aww yeah fingers crossed for you hun!! Sending healing, soothing vibes your way~
Oh dang... do you have a little step ladder? Or maybe it's the getting out that's the main issue... Need a winch lol. Maybe in a day or so if there's a pool in your area that's not too expenno, you can go for a gentle swim? I hear it's really good for back pain!! Been meaning to go my own self
Hahaha you know me so well!! Unfortunately she's going to adelaide today so I won't be able to see her again for a month!! But mischief shall be had upon her return 😜
