We went for a walk this morning @Jynx. Then I have been to the beach this afternoon. My brother is coming for a BBQ soon.

Aww yay for beach!! It always makes me happy to hear that you're getting to be in your happy place... though I imagine brother got your body all tense yeah @Captain24? Hope it's not too stressy an arvo!!

You’ll be proud @Jynx. I swam mindfully! Noticing the waves roll over me when I dived under them. Floating through the unbroken waves.
Im pretty anxious about dinner. My brother will bring his dog and Pix hates my brother (good judge of character!) and hates his dog. Jett will just bark because Pix is and he will want to play with their stupid dog but he bites when he plays so their dog doesn’t like it. I’m going to have to lock them in a room. So not only do I have the stress of being around him I have to deal with my anxious dogs.
Sorry for whinging. Have I said too much? Anxiety provoking.
How are you

No no @Captain24 please keep on whinging!! As in, it doesn't feel like whinging to me, it feels like venting, and I'd prefer you have the chance to get it out somewhere. So you don't have to just hold it all inside whilst he's there.
Your poor puppies!! That's so crappy, like why can't HIS dog be locked up? It's your house and more to the point, it's your dogs' house! They shouldn't have to feel threatened in their own home.
That swim sounds sooooo lush 😍 Very proud!! And quite envious hehe now I wanna go swimming!!
Oh and speaking of dogs, saw this last night and thought of you!! hehehe

You know the anxiety I’m feeling.. @Jynx
He is on his way, his girlfriend isn’t coming, she isn’t well. Mum said she has ‘mental problems something bipolar or ADHD something’ that sounds like judgement to me.
It’s their holiday house so they should be free to be themselves.
If it’s not raining I’ll go to the beach again tomorrow, I want to go everyday it’s not raining. I am a little sunburnt though!! But I’ll keep being in the sun.
That’s a cute pic!!

Honestly that is so hard @Captain24 I think the majority of people don't realise that every single one of those little comments about MHI and stuff? Yeah they hurt to hear. Every damn time ay.
You wouldn't go to the beach in the rain? If the weather isn't too cold I LOVE a good rainy beach walk! Especially cos there's usually no one else around 😌
Hope you've got some aloe vera! Ouch!

So I found out that she has BPD @Jynx. I’m not sure my brother knows about me at all. None of his business any way.
That dog of his has just scared Pix. She has just been squealing. I had to calm her down. Poor Pix.
It depends on how heavy it is raining. I’ll wait and see. I do like being in the rain but I think my parents would think I have completely lost my marbles.
Yeah I have been putting aloe on. I deliberately packed it knowing that I would see too much sun.

@Captain24 Mm yeah get the sense this isn't a revelation making you feel 'oh someone who understands!' right?
Noooo poor lil Pix!! Aww give her lil snoot a friendly boop from me?
Hahaha maybe your parents SHOULD think that!! I joke, I know it is not a fun time to feel like people are judging you. I hope you get a chance to enjoy the beach no matter what the sky is doing!
