@NikNik I have mentioned before that I particularly like the 'Topic Tuesday' sessions. Is it possible to do more of them, maybe associated with Mental Health Week? Just a suggestion. I'm sure anything you come up with will be interesting and worthwhile. 🙂

Maybe you guys could set up like a downloadable information pack for shops, workplaces, surgeries, etc. it would be a good thing for people to be able to print out at home and share with the comunity.

@NikNik I've personally got something out of every one I've 'attended' or re-read. I'm not sure if there's already been one about stigma (a subject we have been talking about tonight). Personally I'd like to see one about bipolar (both the 'major' form and the 'bipolar II' type which I have, where depression tends to be more of a major persistent feature). I might have missed that if there's been one in the past because I only joined the forum around July.

I'll have some icecream too if there's some leftover. I'll be giving the fluffy cat a pat too. 🙂

Sorry @NikNik, i will have some icecream without the furballs
themes, well you could have a daily topic for the MH week, covering anxiety depression, bipolar, PTSD, etc, have experts write some article for us to read. Maybe a uni professor or something like that

@Jacques That gave me a chuckle. I didn't stop to consider that I would be eating that cat's icecream. Now picking cat fur out of my teeth.
