Hey friends,
Had a bit of a rough day today starting with some flashbacks of past trauma from midnight till 3am. Finally got up and watched some tv to settle them. I went to art and my psych called while I was there because I emailed her in the middle of the night. She was very kind and made sure that I felt safe. Tried to take a nap this afternoon but couldn’t sleep so I just listened to some music on Spotify. Did some homework and now watching tv. Going to a VR experience tomorrow
