I hope it's cool down your way, we have 37 here in the Valley of Swans and my house only has an ancient air conditioner that surprisingly still works but costs a fortune to run.

Those old aircons are pretty beefed up when it comes to reliability @ENKELI 

Can you turn down the thermostat a bit or does it just blast out lots of cold air? I think yours may be energy inefficient though which is a shame but the newer units are liable to break/malfunction so its a no-win situation. I've hard lots of reports

I went with Rinnai but even then theres no guarantees. Its certainly a jungle out there. I'm just grateful I have a cool room and don't have to cool off at a public venue anymore

Years ago I got one of these pet doors at Petbarn.

You can buy them online. No thought process needed 😆
