Hot (well 30) here today think meds catching up w me, went to toilet many times this morning.

rang cardio to check referral still good re sms telling me to.
think shower now. still cool in kitchen, ha.
cat asleep in bedroom.
just looking at a few food things to throw out, need to clean things up , been bit naughty over last week.
