I am not that well adjusted or sick yet to think of something like that @SmilingGecko my 16 years older friend been saying going to do it for years but guess things not bad enough yet they are nearly 80 now

I think my blood sugars have gone to normal. Can eat dry fruit and no spike @TAB lets hope I've reversed my diabetes. Don't know if they take you off your diabetes med will have to ask @Historylover. Will get bloodwork done after the eclipse next week, see what GP has to say
