pretty rough spot these days @Bill16  I used to stay in cheap hotels and motels there, didnt mind it well, cant afford $250k anyways. put in an offer ? just walk the dog, go surfing and hangout at the Indian Pacific ..

i should loook on wotif see if my fave motel still exists @Bill16  was just up the hill a bit from Sunset Moon or whatever, huge hotel on shore side of street behind the big one on esplanade that they did up. ok 4 motel units here, looks like sunset moon or next door to it a hole in ground mostly now, motel still there, they owned lots old houses around corner from here to right, was dirt cheap pic is on ocean reef rd just past rendezvous heading north, on east side just before 1st lights frm west ccoasst hwy

these places used to be for rent short term thru hotel @Bill16  was like $70 a nite for 3 br house w backyard lol ok 10 years ago

ok its called Tides now @Bill16  cheapest rm on the site is 400/wk seems wk is minimum , not sure about places I mentioned, might ring them if get in holiday mood lol

Yeah old owners used to do pay 2 nites get 3 mid week for motel was cheap as @Bill16  everything a fortune these days. Prob no different dearer. Thats for hotel room  so $60/nite

I hope you feel better after nap cool friend @Meowmy my 99 year old pop had a heart attack last night,he has clots on his lungs too,not sure whether he will make it,he can't die...I owe him 200 bucks
