Share a cuppa?

Re: Share a cuppa?

It's hard isn't it@MJG017 I was recently on a medication where I had to drink at least 2l per day and I really struggled to fit it in! It really had to become a big part of my day.

Re: Share a cuppa?

@Ru-bee @MJG017 I drink hot water sometimes.  I was told to cut back to 1 mug of coffee or tea a day and have got it down to 2. Last couple of days I've had some dark chocolate but have realised that's probably verboten too...

Re: Share a cuppa?

@Ru-bee the name is a joke.  Everyone knows chocolate can increase serotonin levels in the brain 🧠 Sarah Tonin = serotonin. It’s a joke. Get it?

Re: Share a cuppa?

Hi everyone

Re: Share a cuppa?

Looks I missed you last night @Abner

Re: Share a cuppa?

That's ok @ArraDreaming, I'm rather tired now.  Can we chat tomorrow as I'm off to bed now?

Re: Share a cuppa?

Hi @Shaz51, I'd love a chat tomorrow if you're up for one.  How are you?

Re: Share a cuppa?

@Shaz51 that first cup of coffee ️ in the morning. Yum‼️ so delicious.

Do you have osteoarthritis?

Does white bread have an adverse effect on osteoarthritis?

I was so hungry yesterday all I wanted was Vegemite on a soft puffy bread roll.

Ate four of them during the day.

Woke up with swollen fingers and tennis elbow.

Re: Share a cuppa?

Hahahahaha that obviously went straight over my head @Glisten 😂😂 It's given me a good chuckle this morning though! I'm gonna go back and restore the joke to its original form

Re: Share a cuppa?

Hi @Shaz51 and @Glisten, I've just had my first dirty chai of the day.

My therapist told me yesterday that I have anxious attachment.  She described it to me and I agree with her assessment.  Does anyone have any suggestions about living with that.

She also said I have paranoid delusions to which I replied "Leave my paranoid delusions alone.  Sometimes they're right, sometimes they're wrong, but they're there for a good reason, and I trust them."
