Hi everyone, will so much happening atm i think nows a good time to try to find some positives in the day. i know how extremely challanging this might be on some days but even if its something as simple as reading a chapter of your favourite book, doing a study session, making a cup of tea and sitting outside, painting your nails, washing your car or whatever might come to mind. it really doesnt have to be big.
i would encourage everyone to just pop in here and write each day something/s good that has happened for you in the day!

These are great positives!
Mine so far...
1. Productive day working from home balanced with a dog-walk on my lunch break
2. My first post on this forum...!
3. Food is in the fridge (including leftovers meaning I don't have to cook tonight!)

1. Both kids room's are clean
2. Dinner is cooking now

Hey @outlander . Love the idea posting something good that had happened in our day...so here are mine
1) I finished reorganising 1 of my children's bedroom.
2) I got a couple hours work this morning at my job.

my daily positives
1) following up my daily challenge thread (two days straight now 😲)
2) I took the dog for a walk and walked slightly further
3) I finally planted up my cuttings that had grown roots
4) I had a good phone call with my son.
5) my mood has been good all day, almost only one season today. I often feel like I live 7 seasons in one day.
6) I had a check in from a mental health organisation that I've had some contact with occasionally which felt nice.
7) writing heaps of daily positives 😃☺️
