Good evening @Glisten @TAB @Mustang67 @Shaz51 @Former-Member @ENKELI @tyme @rav3n @Lauz and all forumites here tonight. I hope you’ve had a great day and have achieved lots of wonderful things.
@Mustang67 @Glisten Great work on your achievements⭐️!
Today, I achieved the following things:
- Fed Mitz her breakfast and dinner
- Got out of bed which improved my mood immensely
- Collected my Bluey coin collection from the mailman (he delivered them to my door)
- Ate dinner
- Completed the baby jumper
- Worked on a baby beanie for Ambulance Victoria
- Watched the 6pm news
- Checked my bank balance online
- Spoke to my sister about finances for the upcoming cruise
- Checked my emails
- Was issued my Tafe certificate and statement of results for my Certificate IV in Leisure and Health
- Debriefed with my housemate over things that had been worrying me to great success
- Downloaded some new music on my iPhone
- Checked out Big W online to see if they had 2 new release books available to purchase at my local shop which they did so I’ll do an order for them to click and collect tomorrow
- Posted on the forums
- Did a load of laundry and put it out to dry
That’s all for me tonight. Keep up the great achievements! Just remember that waking up each day is a massive achievement and something to be thankful for☀️!
Take care!

Thanks to @TAB for introducing me to this forum! As a newbie, I’m still navigating and finding all the forums.
Yesterday was a great day for me:
- Got to rest in bed with my cat Minx for an extra hour for the first time in over a week.
- Made myself a yummy breakfast (English muffin; one with cream cheese and one with avo) and had my yakult.
- Made sure to take all my medications throughout the day.
- Did some drying of the laundry.
- Did some ironing of the laundry.
- Called my best friend when she was struggling which helped her so much she stayed an extra two hours at work so she could claim it as her half day.
- Took a nap when I needed one.
- Talked with my Peer Support Worker from the AOD Outreach for an hour and made sure to be very open and honest with her.
- Did two loads of dishes.
- Took some time out to let mum vent about work while giving her a cuddle.
- Met someone new from Australia on Discord.
- Went to bed at a reasonable time.
Thanks for having me and what a great idea!
