Things blew up over a week ago. Made some Rosemary tea after I transplanted some bushes.  DId lots gardeing yesterday, great therapy and stress relief for me now I am a lil ole lady.

Doing music today. Workshop and dance gig.

My son said he would be fine .

I think I might start making comments about being and feeling like an oak tree and remind myself that I am as strong as the poem suggests.

Got a lot on with my boy, should be posting on Carer side but too busy. Just flying by, but Jee it makes a difference you posted AND what you posted.

Oak trees are a good analogy - I have a poem by Edwin Markham mentioning oak trees - they

... send down a root on the windward side.

And 

Only the heart that knows the mighty grief 

Can know the mightly rapture. Sorrows come

To stretch the spaces in the heart for joy.

Hard stuff Apple - but I have found it true - without my sorrow for my boy I could never have learned what I know - thinking of you today
