thanks for the pic @TAB so cute, made me smile, looks like a friendly one. Hope you're having a good day?
hi @Sam3 - the boxing made me laugh! thanks for sharing. I did really well at volunteering, I kept it positive, he still started ranting about death at one point (one of his fav topics) but I just blocked it out. I think I managed better due to an increase in night meds = better sleep. How are you going?
Good luck with your presentation @MDT sounds amazing, go you!
Hope your migraine has eased off @Zoe7 , I have prescription meds for headaches & know how unpleasant it is when they only just turn the pain down a notch. Only one more day to go
I don't know what to do about my bro. He's stopped answering his phone so I sent an email suggesting he get himself a psychologist & psychiatris 'cos I think now he's been discharged from hospital there's no more support. he responded after a few days & surpisingly said "thanks". But he also sounded deeply negative & paranoid about his ex, like he has done for the past 12 months & before his psychosis. It was so triggery I couldn't read it, he still doesn't seem to be taking his own MI seriously & just blames his ex for everything hard in life which is quite irrational. I don't want to abandon him but I also don't want to encourage him to neglect his mental health. Plus even though he's one of my best friends I find him pretty triggery and have to protect myself from him.
