Good Morning @Meowmy @Glisten @Former-Member @PeppyPatti @Blackcloud @StuF @Bill16 @saturnzoon  was warm so I got up like 2 am , well went to bed 4.30pm ha ha lol

  • had morning meds(thyroid hormones lol)
  •  coffee ✔️
  • protein drink (ugh)
  • played games on computer

going to put something on aching knee and go back to bed for a bit b4 cat wakes me to be fed .. ha ha
