Good morning and good afternoon @Former-Member @TAB @MDT @Former-Member @Emelia8 @Meowmy @Shaz51 @frog @tyme @Daisydreamer @Former-Member @Anastasia @Boo13 @wellwellwellnez @maddison @Snowie @NatureLover @Clawde @Peri @Eve7 @pinklollipop15 @Aniela @Owlunar @Bunniekins @outlander @Zoe7 @RedHorse @Dimity and all forumites here. I hope your day is going well!

I’ve just had a phone appointment with my Tafe counsellor and considering I felt bad and unmotivated at the start of the appointment, she managed to help change my mindset around with me having time on my hands in between waiting to see if I’ve got accepted into the online mental health course. By that, I mean she gave me a list of links to free online courses that I can do to keep myself entertained and motivated which I really appreciated and didn’t expect. I’ve been having trouble with boredom although when I couldn’t sleep early this morning, I went online to the library app I’ve got and rediscovered my love of cross stitching so later on this morning, I found an old piece  of stitching I’d started this year - a freehand design - and picked it up again to work on and so far, I’m really enjoying it. I think being bored is something as a person I struggle with as I’ve been told I’m high functioning and need things to be on the go to keep me busy and entertained which is why I struggle with boredom. Anyway, so far I’ve got my boredom problem solved for today at least with plans to lion at the online learning later in the day with some courses that I’ve taken an interest in. The best news is my counsellor said she’d help me with my resume so I can put all the online learning courses I do into my resume as points of interest for potential employment later on which I see is a great thing on her behalf.

Take care and stay safe!
