Probably that way myself since I spend so much time alone. And theirs such a push for "self care" "self compassion" "survival" ...

I'm slow getting going today, bit headachy after Vax & arm is sore... but mood ok. Need to tidy up,vdo some washing. Lovely and food here atm. Good gardening weather.
