Outlander,if you don't feel safe tonight walk into any hospital or call lifeline.I know I am no help because I'm quite down and the poem you wrote is me.I have taken half a calmative as my way of relieving myself from my thoughts.What triggered your distressed today?Or does it just come in a storm like mine sometimes do?I don't believe in the slogan "You're not Alone", but you aren't alone in the way you feel,you proved that in the poem.
