that might be a list for you to work through @Birdofparadise8 it wont happen in all one session and it might be a process such as whats eating at you the most at that point in time. you might like to work on the top one which is keeping safe then if you have time work on something else. try not to expect to get every topic out during one session though. psychology and recovery is honestly a process

for me i try and use my sessions as most effective as i can. i try and work on what i need most at the time.

Do you only do the ten a year or do you pay on top of that.

i do the 10 then use my insurance to help cover another 2 or 3 but i try and space them out a little if possible @Birdofparadise8 as we only get the 10 per year. i think (but dont quote me) i think there is another referral a gp can make that can get another 2-3 sessions from the governement.

i usually have a gap between when my sessions run out and when i can get it renewed though. christmas is usually hectic and most head away or have time off themselves so it sort of helps with the gap between referal renewals
