It’s ok. It was just pointed out that I shouldn’t have said anything so my apologies. @AuntGlow. I didn’t mean to do anything wrong again. I’m just feeling like this isn’t a safe place anymore.
All I have done for the last couple of days is sleep.
Sorry that you are feeling fatigued maybe it’s the weather? Daylight savings starts this weekend and it usually makes everyone tired too

Good afternoon @Captain24,
It's okay, when I don't get responses straight away, I also think the same things (that I have done something wrong). I have been exploring asking myself if their delay could be about anything else, which has helped. I don't want to invalidate how you're feeling though, because it's perfectly understandable.
Has sleep been helpful for you?
I think that could be a factor for sure, and probably needing to say no to some things in order to make room for more self-care!
How has your self-care been coming along? 💛

Heya @Captain24 ,
Sorry (but also not sorry) that the meet up was cancelled. Look, I think it would've been good if you went, but I'm also mindful that it could've been very stressful.
LOL. I laughed when you said that your mum says things then forgets who she's told and then makes it about her. Typical?
Meh... I say... Let the do and say whatever. I think it comes down to that.
Which days are you working this week?

It’s ok @AuntGlow. I won’t do it again. Ive learnt my lesson.
Sleeping all day wasn’t helpful as I had a lot to do but just couldnt do it. I just had nothing to give.
I haven’t been doing any self care just avoiding everyone and everything.

Hey @tyme
I wasn’t sorry it was cancelled either. It was just too much right now.
Very typical. I just nod and smile. She tells me stuff all the time that was me. It’s like she has to know better but forgets who said what and she will repeat the same conversation over and over.
I worked today and then tomorrow. Then is Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.
How are you?

So you had an early shift today and then night shifts the next few nights? @Captain24
Yeah, sleeping most of the day doesn’t help most times. I get annoyed that I’ve got nothing done.
Today is International coffee day so I’ve had three coffees already which is a lot for me.
Have you showered and everything yet?
01-10-2025 08:15 PM
01-10-2025 08:15 PM
Yeah.. I had to get up extra early as o hadn’t showered or washed my hair so I did it at 4:15. @tyme
It’s an early on tomorrow too so I’ll be around tomorrow night.
Yeah I’m frustrated with myself, it was even really nice days but I just had nothing. I don’t know why I just couldn’t do anything.
That’s a good reason for coffee. I don’t drink it though.
Im just having dinner. I’ll have a shower soon. I can cope with my work clothes on. They are irritating me.
How’s your grumpiness?

Hey @ArraDreaming @Captain24 , I can see there is a bit of tension here.
@Captain24 I totally respect your desire for Arra not to post, but if the post is not against guidelines we cannot enforce this request.
@ArraDreaming , Captain has shared that they do not feel comfortable with you posting here. We cannot stop you if it is within guidelines, but if you’d consider this request, it would be greatly appreciated. Ultimately, we leave the decision to you.
As a community forum, I hope we can find a way forward and use this opportunity as a way to develop the skills we would in real life where we may not necessarily get along with everyone, but we find ways to “put up” with each other?
