One of the best things my psych ever told me @Captain24 is that crying is us regulating!! Your body is literally flushing a whole bunch of stuff outta your system and it uses tears to carry it.
It absolutely will stop eventually, I promise you.
I know it hurts, omg it hurts so much.... but it needs to come out by the sounds of it, and whilst it may feel like you're crumbling, collapsing, that nothing will ever feel okay again.... it will.
You will be okay, in time 💜
To help you through it all, I am sending SO MANY squishy hugs and piles of strength!!

I don’t cry not this uncontrollably @Jynx. It never happens.
I feel more dysregulated than ever.
It doesn’t feel like it’s going to stop.
You’re right it hurts so much. So much pain.
Everything has just beaten me.

@Captain24 just means there's extra stuff to come out! Especially if you usually push the tears back, and especially cos of all this snake stress!!
For me, it never feels like it's gonna stop tbh. It feels like the gaping chasm in my chest will just keep getting wider and wider until it swallows me whole.... So far I've been wrong 100% of the time about it tho!! Luckily the body does tend towards homeostasis, this is just what it currently needs to reach that - and no one has ever 'cried themselves to death' so I think you'll be okay 😘
Holding you hun, holding you tight. And I know I'm gonna skedaddle soon but in spirit, I'll still be here with you 💜

I need to know it’ll stop @Jynx.
It’s so hard. My psych will be happy though so at least someone is.
I just need it to know it’ll all be ok.
I have to work in the morning. I need to be ok.
I guess I won’t see you now until Monday. Cause I won’t get home until 7:50 for the next two days and you finish early.
Thank you for being here with me tonight. Sorry for being such a difficult person tonight.

@Captain24 it will stop.... and you might feel a bit weak, a bit pathetic after... I usually do. But it will stop. You will be okay!! When sleep does come, it will also help heaps. You may not feel like a million bucks but it will be better by morning I reckon. OH and rehydrate!! I forget sometimes and wake up feeling like I've swallowed the Sahara lol
Maybe in that 10 minutes tomorrow I can send you hugs lol but I finish at 9 on Thursday! Well I'll see ya when the stars align that way anyway.
Nah you ain't been difficult! I'm actually quite proud of you for letting yourself feel the big feels tonight, and letting yourself be vulnerable!!
Big hugs, big love, big strength and big hope, all coming atcha!!

So just over an hour and a half of crying it has finally stopped @Jynx I feel tired, depleted, emotionally exhausted and just worn out. But my distress levels are lower. They are at a manageable rate. Well only just but it still counts. My breakdown has helped. Not that I want to live through that again I’m hoping next time I need to cry it’s a little easier.
Anyway I’ve had a shower and I’m going to sleep. Thank you so much for tonight. I don’t know if you know how much I really appreciate your kindness, guidance and knowledge. You made my breakdown less distressing. Thank you
