@Captain24 - with the inflamation, do they suggestion movement or no movement? Do ice packs help, seeing it is inflammation?

Yeah have to keep moving. Even though it hurts like hell. I don’t do ice packs but I have been using heat and deep heat. I’m really trying to get it to be ok by tomorrow night. It’s really getting me down.

Well, to be honest, when we went to meet the MPs, we showcased the forums. And the forums wouldn't be the forums without you and all the other members @Captain24 @outlander @Snowie @avant-garde . It's pretty special that we can be acknowledged for being a community that 'works'.

Well some of it. It sounds very interesting @Jynx. You defs live a different life to me but I enjoy hearing about it!!!

I just cooked dinner now my kitchen is a mess again. More cleaning up. This is why I don’t cook. Plus I still haven’t unpacked the dishwasher. I’m just going to put it down to the fact that I’m in too much pain. 

I can’t even find a comfortable spot on the lounge and both dogs want to be up here with me. It makes it so much harder.
