I think it's you that has all the strength. 21 new meds?? Wow!!
Hope everything settles quickly and you can soon step out into some sunshine, because for what you've been through recently, you deserve a sunny day to go back home at the very least.
All the very best Karen. We're all thinking of you.
Kind regards,
Ellie.

I hope that you are starting to feel some improvement, (remember small steps), despite the side effects and everything that goes along with starting them, This is for you and your kids,

Hey there Hiddenite,
I have a goal tonight to drink 1 litre of water....you on your new meds makes me hope your drinking at least this much per day 🙂 Taking care of our minds and innards is a wonderful feeling once you start to see results. Its the same as exercise i think- starting is so so so hard, 2 weeks in and you still feel like nothings going on- but a whole month or 2 later. Every one will see results and so will you 😄

Karen I'm holding in you in my thoughts and prayers. I'm pretty wobbly myself at the moment. That's why I have not been on the forums much.
One of the things which is helping me quite a bit has been walking with a friend, sometimes around Lilydale Lake, sometimes on the trail. We can only manage once a week though, trying for a second one this week. I took a photo of Donna Buang from the trail for you the other day. I will try to post it soon. Sorry I don't have the headspace now, stupidly complicated to email from the phone, download, rename, & upload here. A bit hard atm.
The 21 meds sounds insane, how is that ever supposed to work? I hope there's some positive outcome for you from this MHU stay.
Keeping the candle lit and the fire burning. Please take care of you. Keep on keeping on.
Hope for a healing journey (with mountain views) endures...
Kindest regards,
Kristin

Hi @hiddenite
Been thinking of you this week and hoping that it is your last weekend there this weekend! Hope your girls get to come in and spend lots of time with you over the weekend too. Fingers crossed the meds are settling down and helping somewhat!
Take care,
LJ

i'm sorry things are hard, its really difficult to settle back in to 'normal' routine. Take it easy and keep resting up as much as you can. I'm sure your girls are so excited to have you home. I found my two's excitement hard to deal with, as much as i was so glad to be back with them but it did settle down.
You can make it through, we're here for you,
LJ
