Thank you for this snippet of ice. I have lived most of my life with a functional freeze. I remember so many days just frozen still when things happened that I couldn't cope with. Sometimes I even got to the stage I spoke inside my brain trying to speak aloud but couldn't for all kinds of reasons.

I have been doing some light reading over the weekend. I just learned about a new therapy that interests me and wanted to share. I will share three links to episodes that tie in with Functional Freeze. I haven't finished reading all 3, but here they are, and I hope you find them insightful.

The new therapy that I was referring to is Logotherapy.
