Tonight I cooked a leek tart with baked spuds and rocket and cherry tomatoes with balsamic vinegar.
But since we're off to Japan I'm bringing Agedashi Tofu
Charcoal Agedashi Tofu -
Spiced, soy marinated silken tofu with a crisp charcoal coating, tentsuyu sauce, grated daikon, ginger and chives
From the best Japanese restaurant in the universe where I've had my last 2 birthdays.
My kidult and their partner went to a snow festival in Japan, I'll see if I can find some pictures.

@Jacques, we've had those hard weeks. It takes a while to resettle afterwards. Glad to hear she's in a safe location now, hope it helps her.
