Thanks to you too for the encouragement, @Former-Member. I'm not a gym type either. I once bought a gym membership for six months, paid it all up front... and never went. LOL. Looking forward to my legs being well enough to walk on the beach again.
Really sorry to hear you are overwhelmed with things at the moment. The advice to take it step by step and day by day and breath by breath seems the best for now. This too shall pass.

Thanks @Jacques. Aside from what I occasionally post here, I do come in and read some of the posts and try to keep up a bit with what's going on day to day for everyone. I don't always have things to say or offer but I am often listening and hearing you all.

@NikNik With the exercise bike, it helps that we have one here in the flat. With the stretches, there's a real goal there for me in getting back out on the beach walking. I know that if I don't do the stretches my legs will never be working properly again. So that's motivated me to get into the physio exercises. And it just so happens that they make me feel better and that's keeping me going. The only other thing I like when achieving these aims is the satisfaction of having tried and succeeded in doing something I set out to do. Does this help at all?
