@Gibbs hugs and hugs. i dont know what to say except i will i am here for you i cannot even imagine how that impacts your life. here for you Gibbs. i have schizoaffective disorder whicch is basically schizophrenia with a mood disorder. i hallucinate and my moods fluctuate. the ptsd is due to my autistic son who went through a periodd of violent behavior for about 6 years.

Dinner? Not much @Bunniekins - the pain meds making me feel a bit 'off'. So something on toast for me 🙂
