@Gibbs my body is aching from all the exercises so gentle stretches today. Tbh you are keeping me awake at night. yes i blame you for my insomnia :D. you must be fast asleep nothing like medication to help with sleep or maybe it is the sleep of the just. i like to think that. i like to think you are a just man. "based on or behaving according to what is morally right and fair." xx

@greenpea not great. Just woke up having a panic attack and still fighting dark thoughts.
I've only slept for 25 minutes.
