In the dark ages when I was intelligent I used to have a very big bookshelf of some such. I hold my years past reading with great pride 

yet. 

as I’m happier, and settled in over middle  age with great pride I have absolutely no memory of any of these clever books.

Hello @GezzaP you came up in conversation with my acupuncturist as he mentioned an acupuncture point to stop smoking. He said it in passing and I said hey I knew someone who might benefit from this acupuncture point! I asked him what it was and its known as "Tim Mee" or the smokers point. I just got home and looked it up and apparently it alters the taste of cigarettes so you dont crave them. Anyway here is where its located on the arm. I thought perhaps you might be interested in getting this point done when you see the acupuncturist tomorrow!

@TAB hey tabby, plumber was nice and gave me a cash discount  as I did get him cash ha. He found a gas leak at the gas meter. Reported to meter supplier and they will replace as emergency. Mum playing up and make me to supply plumber " receipt" to meter supplier to get it free service ha.   She was coercive when I was young and eventually sent me into psychosis.  Now she is old and still plays up. I had in my room and yell into my pillows.and then came to gym. There is a gym class in twenty minutes. My deep roots of depression are my upbringing and my parents. So hard. Hope you're okay.

Ok thanks will ask if there’s an opportunity @SmilingGecko but my main focus is relieving back and neck pain and associated headaches. My pay is late coming into my account rang super fund to confirm it had been paid. Then rang credit union that said they had a glitch this morning do a delay. I really need that money. I’m down to less than $100.

Good Morning @GezzaP  @Glisten @PeppyPatti @Meowmy @SmilingGecko . Leave for cardiologist in a few hours. I tried to be good this week so as not to mess up results if more tests today.I dont have proper info about appointments. Some staff incompetent, like they still havent got their heads around re-booking for last cardiologist who left. I was told different things over the phone til they gave up and told me to ask to have it sorted out when I am there today.

Some of original dates are wrong. Holter monitor periods were wrong.old paperwork stated what was happening at appt eg like last 2 times, have ECG, then have ECHO b4 see cardiologist. my info now says 'cardiologist' and a time. might ring before I get there. dont want to get stuck there waiting all afternoon as has happened before ie suspect cardiologist may well be 12.30, but I might need to be there earlier. or not. Ha.
