Thanks I’ll look into lets. Plumber over $800. Will have to defer gardener and cleaner until next pay cycle if can’t find someone to barter with @SmilingGecko . Have sacked my helper.

@MissGremlin Stupid helper cancelled yet again at short notice. I’m so sick of it. He does this all the time. I have sacked him. I can’t drive because I’ve got two flat tyres. He was supposed to fix this problem today. P..: off big time. So called plumber to fix leaking taps. Over $800 to repair.

@GezzaP oh that's super frustrating and not fair on you at all, I'm sorry that he's let you down so much. Gees plumbers are expensive, hope all goes ok with the taps being fixed though.

Yes plumber very expensive and I’ve got 3 leaking taps @MissGremlin . Over $800 to fix. Plumber and apprentice here now. I have sacked my helper. I’m so sick of him letting me down. Really angry.

@GezzaP I had a leak a few weeks ago it cost me $700 eeks! I put it on my credit card

I think with LETS you could offer tutoring, house sitting, baby sitting, dog walking, cooking or any other skill you have. They have over a 1300 people signed up to the Adelaide LETS they also have a regular fete and you could meet some nice people and maybe make a few friends.That would be good.

I know how youre feeling right now you could do with a stroke of good luck. But I am now convinced youre experiencing a Sun square Pluto transit because now you have a plumbing disaster. Everything is going wrong for you.

My local city council has a volunteer service that drives people on low incomes to necessary appointments. Dont know if they have this service in your shire but you could ring and check and if not ask if they know a service that does. I'm considering signing up to my councils scheme

@GezzaP I'm glad they are there to fix them, sucks about the cost though. I can understand how you'd be feeling angry and you've got every right to feel that way. Are you able to get another helper?

There is a community bus in my council will have to check out. Might only be for pensioners @SmilingGecko . I don’t believe in astrology.Don’t know time of birth either. I’m just having a bad run. Now the plumber is saying I have a blocked drain. Darn it. Can’t take a trick. Plumbing here is terrible. If you want to do my astrology i was born 28th November 1962 in Ilford, England. Mechanic came to check tyre apparently the road service put my spare on front of car when supposed to go on the back that’s why it made a terrible noise. He has taken original tyre to see if just a puncture or need a new tyre. He is very good and reasonable price..
