yeah, I agree @creative_writer I find myself in a different place that when I was in my 40s when I was very active and all that and using my brain.......
So I'm reading a book - go on Gemini to get information I don't understand and possibly read a back up interpretation. No more going to the library and taking out heaps of books
So going on a holiday in next week for 2 Weeks ..........

I was on lite n easy for several months last year but I got tired of it. I was successful on it but when I stopped I went back to old habits and gained again. I just weighed and it’s less than what I thought so that makes me happy. I am planning to stay on lite n easy until my NDIS plan runs out in April 2026. I loved the cheese and crackers snack too @PeppyPatti
