@Bunniekins yes so very true. They encourage you to talk about it but how can you feel comfortable doing that if there's a risk of them calling emergency services on you. Like i live with SI and it comes up in my everyday life but it doesn't mean I'm going to do anything to hurt myself. That's like I can be completely open to my gp and he knows exactly how I'm feeling but he knows I'm not going to do anything.

@Dreamy i can count the number of tv shows i watch on one hand. it is just this one player who was the under dog who grabbed my attention. he was the smallest least attractive out of the contestants (he was known as the jungle rat) but was smart and i just checked he won againt the nicest best looking contestant left standing!! who would have guessed.
