Exactly @Meowmy take anxiety meds, drink water, breathe deeply, walk, some food treats. Remember good bits and let other people worry. I have a friend who won't have job soon, and has really dear rent, like more than half of wage. Once no pay can see them being homeless
So you have a job, money, car somewhere to sleep. Be grateful 🙏 for that maybe
