yes, in a word re physio @StuF did a few [edited by moderator] mins on bike today, a few sets of back stuff w cable pull, sets of squats then new for today tapping shoulder with opposite hand , okay not on floor,had a big block so upper body was a couple feet off the ground to make ie easier
didnt have to use my sweat-rag, but was sweaty under clothes and felt/feel it still prob next couple days too lol
