@Glisten hey G yes was going out this morning with daughter and support worker but support worker is sick so staying at home dont want to get dreaded lurgy before seeing mum on friday. might make myself a cup of 'real' coffee. have you got any plans for today?x

@Dreamy at the end of the day it is up to you to make the decision upon whether you go or not. what i find helps in these situations is to make up a list of pros and cons about going today and if the cons outweigh the pros dont go there will always be other days where you are feeling stronger but if you feel that the pros outweigh the cons then go xxx

@Bunniekins i know something good may come out of it, in that just maybe I'll be able to finally get some support. But it's the fear of what if this service is just like all the others and I'm let down yet again. It's also having to relive all the trauma, all the sexual and physical abuse, the situations I've been put in, the trauma of what happened previously, the damage that's been done.
