Evening guys sorry haven't been around, been trying to find a doctor as my newish Dr had an emergency come up and they don't know if he'll be back and the other good Drs there not taking on new patients even though my Dr gone they won't let you see the others which didn't go down to well with me and I lost it with them.
The other couple of Drs that I could have seen are not good to old and set in their ways, so it made my mental health worse.
So my mood swings are all over the place which also affects my sleeping.
Slept for only 2hrs tonight and now wide awake.
After ringing around about 10 Dr practices we finally found one that was taking on patients which I saw this morning, but she's only been working at the place for 6weeks and is from Scotland and been in Australia for about 3 months and is still learning how the Drs and hospitals work over here and she doesn't know about the NDIS or a lot of our Medications yet there names are different and we are far behind them in those area's, over there all the patience notes are all linked to a system which Drs clinics can see all the persons medical history and she can't believe we don't have that here.
She is lovely and took her time with my stuff and once she has all my records from hospitals, psychiatrist, other Drs clinic she will start to help me but told me not to change my psychiatrist yet until she has everything and then can advise me if it would be good to change or she could see if she thinks my meds should change.
Sorry if above is to much info, not concentrating properly waking up earlier has put me out
I recently just found out about that app re Libby
@Former-Member last week and sounds great and has podcasts and Audible as well so doing that tomorrow now that I found my library card on Wednesday.
I agree with @Adge @StuF re Violet Crumble vs crunchie, can remember Crumble when younger and does have a slightly different yummy taste @tyme and @Glisten but I do have both 😋
Hope you enjoyed your violet Crumble bites @TAB they are yummy
It would be awesome to have more of the Crumble vs crunchie type of similar Food things, and even stuff in our world and society just for a fun thread as I've enjoyed reading the posts re Crumble vs crunchie and now I'm hungry 😄
It's amazing the type of things around in my mind when still tired but can't sleep 😕
Feeling a bit nausea now will try n see if I can sleep a bit more as this has taken me over an hour 😅
😴 night all

hi @saturnzoon good luck w drs
yes, violet crumble was a rare treat for me. I remember you could buy bags of honeycomb without the choc now ? guess was a 'hangover' fm unfulfilled massive sugar cravings couple nights ago, had a list written out and never did it lol .anything w sugar in it. am taking new meds that are supposed to affect my enjoyment of Alcohol and food, so have prob cut back on each at least a bit . hence sugar cravings , plus there's most of my cals, in alcohol and food, and prob not talking fruit or veg either. processed crap.
i slept most of last 36 hrs.
was going bit nuts cos trying to join gym and person after initial reply wouldnt talk to me. I went through a whole routine how I would never even go to a shop in this town or talk to anyone here again and it wasnt me, it was them who were blocking me. Had a restful sleep anyway. and woke to msg, person claimed were sick (saw them talking online and mentioning running classes) so guess I won by persisting ha ha
