Thanks for your support on the Daily Achievements thread @TAB
The 'nap trap' is real but not as bad as going to bed at 6pm Wednesday night and getting up at noon on Friday.
Been feeling very low after my appointment in town on Wednesday had to be postponed.
But I'm up and moving (slowly) now so enough of feeling sorry for myself.
Hope you got your shopping trip done and are feeling okay.

yeah thats pretty serious @RedHorse ive got start exercising, that will help things with me , at least then would feel have done something.
Yes, did get to shops, was all okay, not in a hurry to go back tho lol and have used up what I bought already now lol
so will have to get organised and do proper early morning run to bigger supermarket in town
that's okay re support, no biggie 😊

Is your knee up to exercise? And isn't it hot over there? Maybe in the pool if you have one nearby.

ha yeah @RedHorse yes hot, so if I miss early morning for walk say, its missed for the day . yes should go to pool. was covid thing at sport complex dunno, too hard to go out now lol
