I need someone to give a crap, to hear me, that I'm reaching out because I can't do this on my own.
But I feel like every time I reach out to people in my church they say that I'll be right, I'll be fine, that they neglect to offer to help because they have no idea how exhausting it is to go through

That's completely understandable to want that @avant-garde and it's so disheartening to hear that you're not getting that from members of your church, particularly because it is so difficult to reach out and be vulnerable.
I can only assume that they haven't been in that position themselves and might not know just how much it can help to have someone really listen and just be there for you. Do you feel like they might respond to being asked directly to help, as in "I'm struggling with X and I don't think I can get through it alone. Are you able to X?"
Sometimes when it is the case that others just don't really know how to help they might avoid it all together, so by telling them directly what you need it could be a bit of a relief for them.

I've tried that and they just end up being empty promises, that they don't have the time, that they don't have the capacity, that I'm just too much drama....

Ugh I'm sorry @avant-garde
I hope that you know that you are not too much drama. And that we always have time, capacity, and genuine care for you here.
I know it's not the same and I wish that you were able to get support that you need and deserve from your church community
