Hi @tyme ,
I made satay chicken with capsicum, steamed veg and coconut basmati rice. It was really easy. I was daunted at first but made myself cook a nutritious delicious meal. I know when I feel tired and low, good food gives me the energy to keep going.
I think a cup of spicy chai would be perfect a bit later.

@Paulette sounds like you have been torn to bits by some of the worst situations this life has to offer. I understand your grief, nightmares and hardship.
I do believe you can get through this with perseverance and love. Hold onto that love you feel for your children and do the best you can for yourself.
When you can change your work so you can stop re- traumatising yourself if you can.
It sounds just too hard. I hope I'm not being too directive I just care xx

It was what I paid to feed the family a couple of Friday nights back @ArraDreaming so it wasn’t just for me. The boys went fishing last week so we had fresh fish and $10 for chips.
You are courageous for sharing @Paulette so please don’t apologise.
Sending hugs 🤗🤗🤗
