i gotta improve my diet.. pub took the chorizo thing off menu, at least that will stop me. why are all the fermented meats so unhealthy... yummu yummy sulphites

Yes had scratchy throat for ages which makes me cough sometimes, plus sore upper back, then sore legs guess from standing hrs at rsl.then woke like 3am cold as death, flu feeling, ,legs beyond stiff. Came good after up few hours . Had nap and felt all cold again.body fightING something. Back to bed now. Got cough medicine, , cough lollies, had vit c and lemon in water b4 @plasmo good luck w large. Hope this gone tomorrow else covid test think
