sleep and waking up is something i'm working on still, i find it hard to get out of bed unless i have enough motivation. outta curiousity, what's been making it hard for you to wake up?

good on you! @plasmo i'm working on getting mine to that time too, it takes time hey. you're making progress, that's huge 😊
one thing that slightly helps me with waking up is that i immediately open my curtains to let the sun in at my first alarm. even though i don't get out of bed straight away, the sunlight helps me feel less groggy i guess.
are you good with your sleep hygiene? i never realised how big of an impact it made till last year, i could definitely sense a difference.
